Winery Website Design Sample Packages

Each winery we work with will receive a custom proposal based on their specific needs. However, we have prepared two sample packages to give you a sense of how you might use the grant money available.

These packages take full advantage of the maximum $2,500 available through the NYS Winery Grant. The Basic Package is ideal for wineries that are trying eCommerce for the first time. The Advanced Package is best suited for wineries that have sophisticated needs like inventory management, real-time shipping calculations and an integrated check-out process. Both plans are based on a website design or redesign with either a simple or full-featured eCommerce system.

These packages can help you get started whether or not you currently have a website.

eCommerce System
Your eCommerce needs will be the deciding factor when choosing the best plan for your winery. If your needs are simple, the Basic package would suit just fine. If you require more advanced eCommerce features such as real-time shipping calculations, inventory tracking and an integrated check-out process, then the Advanced package is best for you. (top)

Search Engine Optimized
The Basic package includes our standard SEO techniques (contact us for more info), while the Advanced package takes advantage of DigiShop's built-in Cost-per-Click Tracking, and SEO functionality. (top)

Customer Management
The Advanced package includes DigiShop's customer management tools which include the ability to view orders by customer, search, edit, or delete customers. You can export all customer data for import into most programs. The Basic package is powered by PayPal and does not include any customer management beyond what is offered by the PayPal service. Customer Accounts
The Basic package is powered by PayPal and does not include customer tracking beyond what is offered by the PayPal service. Returning customers can login to have their billing and shipping info retrieved automatically. Customers can track their order status and view previous orders. (top)

Email List integration
The Advanced package includes integration with the email list management service of your choice. We recommend Campaign Monitor, MailChimp, and Constant Contact. This can be purchased as an add-on to the Basic Package for an additional fee. (top)

Website design
Each sample package includes a full website design based on the following website pages: Home, About Us, Events, Photos, Store (shopping cart), Contact Us. (top)

Events Calendar
Each package includes an events calendar that will allow you to post upcoming events to your website via an online control panel. (top)

Photo Gallery
Each package includes a photo gallery that will allow you to post your own photos with a short caption. (top)

Manage your products online
Each package includes the ability to manage your products via an online control panel. (top)

Stay on website during checkout
The Basic package works with your PayPal Basic Business account. In this case, customers are transported to the PayPal website to complete their online payment. The Advanced package uses DigiShop which integrates with several online payment processors to provide a streamlined check-out experience for your users. In this case your customers will remain on your website throughout the entire check-out process. (top)

Customer Order Tracking
Customers can login to your website to view the status of their current order and view previous orders. (top)

Coupons, Gift Certificates & Discounts
Set up coupons based on a dollar-amount or percentage. Create personal gift certificates and offer discounts to select customers. (top)

Inventory control
Track your inventory and receive email notification when item quantities fall below your specified amount. (top)

Real-time shipping calculation
DigiShop offers real-time shipping calculations for UPS and USPS carriers. (top)

Includes SSL Certificate & Installation
We will purchase a 128-bit Turbo SSL certificate from GoDaddy.com and install it for you. (top)
