What do I get?
We will create a Navica IDX-powered search page on your website that matches your existing website’s look-and-feel. This search page can display any property in the Navica system that your Agency has the rights to show. The search result listings also display within the context of your existing website.
How much will it cost?
We charge a flat fee of $250 to integrate the Navica IDX system into your existing website. This amount excludes any fees charged by Navica for the use of their service. Ask your Agency about IDX service discounts. Integration features beyond what is described below can be made at an hourly rate.
How does it work? How long will it take to setup?
Here’s how it works, this process takes about 10 days on average:
- Contact us and we’ll evaluate your website for compatibility with the IDX system.
- If your website is compatible, sign up for a “Custom Framing Link” through SEI / Navica.
- Sign and submit the necessary paperwork to SEI / Navica. We will attach our information where necessary. SEI will provide you with a username and password to access their control panel.
- Send this information to us so we can begin styling the display results to match your website.
- Send us your website FTP information so we can integrate the IDX listings.
- We will create new HTML page that displays the IDX search form and property listing results. We will place a link to this new page from your site home page.

This sounds like a cool service, can you work with Paragon? Or do you just work with the Navica System?
